  1. When you said knowing a little about how venom works…then say that affects the central nervous system , you indeed proved you knew Little about it …Neurotoxin affects the central nervous system; Hemotoxin affects the blood. And Enough of the ai crap 💩

  2. I did use to carry around a flask of strong alcohol, just for a swig when waiting for the bus in really cold weather, or if i needed a "jolt" of sorts to keep walking in the snow. NOTE that this was only for when i knew that "warm place 1km away" or "bus is coming in 10 minutes". In survival situations, no, but the bad juice does have its small uses 😀 Now, if you want a really nnoying movie thing with alcohol; the AMOUNT of alcohol(like whisky) they pour into glasses in scenes 😀

  3. i appreciate that you noted which images were AI, and credited the sources of the other images. but the AI ones would have been obvious anyway, because they're literally the only thing that's ever been so disturbing they've been able to tear me away from your extremely compelling narration. not to mention the images literally AREN'T even of the things you're talking about…

  4. A really great trick to keeping your matches dry, and ready to go. Is to use melted candle wax to cover the match heads, and then keep them stored in a Charcloth container or in Medicine Bottle. Also always keep some Charcloth with it for the easiest way to start a fire

  5. drinking from a body of liquid that geese land on isn't a good idea. they have duck cannons by the tailing ponds in the tar sands for a reason.

while mentioning duck cannons i mention that they're only good for a day or 2. geese quickly learn there's no real danger from them and land in the tailing ponds / canola fields anyways

  6. Except if your choice is the bear or a man you don't know and you have a vagina, then the bear is MUCH more safe for you, obviously. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

  7. Have you any idea that if anyone comes to Australia and gets bitten by any one of the many venomous snakes in Australia, and follows your advice on treating a snake bite, could find themselves dead.

It is a pity you didn’t ask for advice from any of the many first aid providers in Australia on how to treat snake bites in Australia before you made this video.

If one of your viewers goes to Australia and gets bitten by a venomous snake and dies are you going to take responsibility for your total lack of knowledge on how to properly treat a snake bites in Australia.

  8. whats up with these statistics that sharks wont likely to kill you? something happens on a plane and etc etc . If i wanna dive, i dont wanna take chances with a shark and if god forbid something happens on a plane – i dont want that to happen. The less control human has over a situation – the more scared he is, this is common sense…

  9. Do NOT rely on your phone to save your butt if you get lost in the wilderness. I just read a SAR report that said that the majority of lost and found homers had a ver low or dead cell phone battery. On top of that there are many dead spots with Jo service, especially in out of the way places. Bring a SPOT or similar GPS device to alert rescue to your location.

  10. If u are freezing the thing u should be doing is doing jumping jack on and off until u can properly warm yourself off. Take off your layers while you're working out so u don’t freeze when u stop working out. It works.

  11. You should use your watch as a compass. Point the hour hand at the sun and bisect that with 12 o’clock, this gives you a north/south line. This a technique we use when navigating on tanks, as it should surprise nobody that magnetic compasses don’t work very well when surrounded by 60 tons of steel.

  12. If you aren't some idiot who participates in such things as rattlesnake round ups, i.e. you don't mess with snakes, if you're bitten, it will most likely be a dry bite. For example, if you happen to step near a snake under a rock, the snake may bite you, but most likely without the snake injecting venom through its fangs. The dry bite is a warning.
