If only. Long story short. We will be evicted from our house. We did not have the money at the time to file the paperwork and get a lawyer to be " head of estate ". So it is the banks house now. Only a matter of time.
Just recently got back to working full time at the restaurant where i work,for minimum wage. But it is a stepping stone on the path to better. Saving money to get my license back,to be able to find more lucrative work. It is all difficult, and exponentially more scary with a family involved.

And I don't think people understand how hard it is once that you are homeless the difficulties exponentially larger amount of work you have to put in in order to get off the streets
Im in northern ca and under a bridge and the yolo sherriff just came to my spot n said i have til thursday to move, nothing in writing. One also went inside my tent gun drawn. Im a 50 yr old woman been in this spot for 3 years. That is not enough time plus i think i am caltrans property. Problem is do i have time to look up my problem n get help before they take all me stuff
Keep a mailbox if you're going out there. It's one of the biggest difficulties in getting back on your feet
