  1. I not only build a Bed at each Settlement site, but also a hand powered WATER PUMP. This allows me to fill any bottles I may be carrying with purified water. The WATER PUMP will also produce 3 purified water per game day so the next time I visit that location I can just pick up some purified water from the Workshop. Building a WATER FOUNTAIN will allow you to fill bottles but does NOT produce purified water to be stored in the Workshop. I find that I am sometimes carrying around more purified water than is desirable. So, when at a Settlement site I will build a red toolbox near the Workshop to store that excess purified water. Then if I am headed for a market to do a little trading, I may swing by To Settlement sites near my path of travel, pick up some stored purified water to have more trade goods (more or less limited by my carry weight) when I get to the Market.

  2. Hi , a question
I noticed that chemist perk , biocom mess in armor chest AND wasteland survival guide perks from 2 magazines Buff heal hp from some foods AND drinks AND i noticed the same effects with party alcohol perk.
Is posible check how much it can be with all consumibles in the game?
I wanted to know their hidden potential AND look strategies.

  3. I finally decided to play fallout 4 I've played three and New Vegas, when I first started playing I guess it was too much for me and I was just looking at the map thinking it was small but I started replaying and I'm starting in survival mode taking my time and I feel like it a really stretch the game out and make it fun

  4. Im kinda new to Fallout & this is the first game of the series I've played. I enjoy modding the game & am i b*tch for giving myself a headstart in my hardcore game? A decent weapon, a few perks, and a handful of supplies.

  5. Ancient video I know, but wanted to put this out there

If you are one of those who want extra challenge and dont take perks like Lead Belly, drinking twice from a natrual source gives less rads then one dirty water.
Takes a little more time but youre already moving methodically anyway.

    Some advice
Hoarders beware. Stubbornly holding onto your items, thinking you'll save them for "appropriate encounters" is dangerous.
I once used a bottlecap mine to kill a normal mirelurk that suprised me, because if I didnt, I would have lost a lot of progress.

And finally, relish in the weird emergent moments survival brings.

Early on I was at the bug cabin on the lake, Piper pulled the greater horde, I managed to catch sight of a legendary bloatfly.
After I searched and searched and searched but couldnt find the remains.

Well, she killed it out on the lake quite a ways. I had no rad x, my health was alteady half from radiation, and I hadn't seen a bed in awhile.

I COULD have gotten it and survived, but my health wouod be even lower because water gives you 10 rad per second in survival.

So I left knowing thier could be an explosive bullet weapon in that things belly.

    Life is cruel sometimes. 😂

  6. A tip I’ve made use of is aquaboy/girl being really useful in survival, in lieu of fast travel, you can use the rivers and ocean like a highway that will be pretty much clear of enemies. I used this in my last run to get to Far Harbor at only level 8

  7. I would also recommend a little bit of hard alcohol (40%-60%) or a joint within reaching distance. There's a decent chance you'll pick up a bad @$$ legendary item & then suffer a game crash, so having one or both of those things available will keep you from throwing the damn system out the window.

👍 I wish you only success.

  8. If you are ps4 and dont use mods in survival then be carefull with far harbor because crashes there are so constant even more than nuka world .
Moda which reduce fog and effect can help but fog condensers give to much lag and crashes that is really hard have a settlement good build in survival there .

  9. Get "Drinkin' Buddy" Having Ice Cold items like your various Nuka's or better yet, Purified Water. They sell better, and work better. Best of both worlds. I also use a mod that makes working fridges/beverage dispensors(Milk, Vim, Nuka-Cola). So I have all my settlements with extra water being produced, and then I swing on by, deposit in whatever "cooling unit" I have there, then boogie on down to the next place. I pull out all the extra food/water, and toss it into the fridge, plus I also take all the scrap I can from each place, and place it into the workbench of a Depot. Which is a unmanned settlement that won't get attacked, if I'm not running NSA(No Settlement Attacks) Mod, that is. The unmanned ones don't get attacked even with 10k water in the bench.
